Loan Officer Spencer Garcia joined the military after high school because he wanted to be a part of something bigger than himself. After three years of active duty, Spencer transitioned to the reserves and moved to San Diego to pursue his degree at San Diego State. With the addition of online learning, Spencer took a leap of faith and relocated to Hawaii where he fell in love with the culture and the people. He graduated in 2022 with his BS in Business Management and is dedicated to serving his fellow Veterans and service members. Spencer aspires to help his borrowers achieve their dream of homeownership and is excited to do that here at Veterans United!

The team members were on my loan on the spot. Responding on all phases of my loan process. Very nice to work with all of them. Very kind and helpful to us.
Spencer was great from beginning to end with constant communication and advice.
Very professional from start to closing. All questions and concerns were addressed with up to date information provided.
Always has our best interest in mind and always goes the extra step to ensure VU has our back.
Really appreciated his timeline in responses!
Team went the additional mile trying to accommodate us where the escrow team made numerous mistakes, being forgetful, lack of communication, and made us feel unworthy.
Spencer always responded to our calls, even when he was busy he would call right back. Spencer was professional and courteous and very helpful in walking us through this process. He explained every step and kept us informed! We feel he totally had our very best interests at heart! We absolutely would recommend Spencer Garcia as a loan officer to a family member or friend absolutely!
Spencer has been so awesome. With answering questions, giving us a call when he can. He always made time to talk to us, explain things and help us out through the whole process. He’s always told us what’s going on and what’s the next steps.
