Branch Manager Tory Tuttle leads the Hawaii team with over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry under her belt. Growing up, she admired the sacrifice of her grandfather who served in the Air Force and was stationed in Hawaii for a time. Tory herself relocated to Hawaii from Arizona. She shows her appreciation for military families by using her skills and knowledge to help them achieve their homeownership dreams. When Tory’s not in the office, she enjoys practicing yoga, running and trying new ways to stay active. In their downtime, you can catch Tory, her husband, their son and their two dogs hanging out at the beach!

She is an expert on the financial needs of Veterans and is fully devoted to her local homebuyers. Tanya’s fiancé worked with the U.S. Coast Guard for 8 years, and her father was in the Army, so she has an innate passion for helping military homebuyers accomplish their goals of homeownership! She is motivated to build long-lasting relationships with her borrowers and walk them through the homebuying process from start to finish. She has two daughters and three dogs who all enjoy deep sea fishing on their boat. So far their record fish is a 205lb Tuna (Ahi)!

Growing up in a military household has given him a deep understanding and appreciation for Veterans and their families. He looks forward to helping borrowers feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible by using his vast knowledge of the home loan process. When he's not serving those who have served our country, he spends time with his wife, son and two pups - Benny and Gino. Branch Loan Coordinator Carly Kanoa hails from Kahalu’u and started in the mortgage industry in 2007. Her grandfather served in the military, and she is excited to help Veterans become homeowners! Her favorite part of working at Veterans United is knowing her team truly cares about Veteran homebuyers and actively practices the company values. Carly enjoys spending time with her spouse and three children. They spend most of their free time at sports activities, but she also loves spending the day at the beach and watching the sunset.
Loan Officer Spencer Garcia joined the military after high school because he wanted to be a part of something bigger than himself. After three years of active duty, Spencer transitioned to the reserves and moved to San Diego to pursue his degree at San Diego State. With the addition of online learning, Spencer took a leap of faith and relocated to Hawaii where he fell in love with the culture and the people. He graduated in 2022 with his BS in Business Management and is dedicated to serving his fellow Veterans and service members. Spencer aspires to help his borrowers achieve their dream of homeownership and is excited to do that here at Veterans United!
