In my opinion Tory went above and beyond what a loan officer should do. Before I decided on you guys, I contacted several other refinance companies and NONE of them were as responsive as her. It should also be said that you guys had the most competitive rates, so it shouldn't have surprised me that the entire experience would be top-notch. Everything went great until Tanya transfer it to the underwriting team for process. The underwriting process went way too long. I did my part by providing all the information in a timely manner. I think this should be a much smoother process. Turn around time for underwriting process is horrible. Every time new information is requested/provided, it takes few days to entire week to analyze. Almost taking 2 months to complete the refinancing process.
