Everything was fine for the most part. The only concern I had was some of the paperwork didn’t get updated until the last minute. This led to confusion over us providing a down payment, which needed more paperwork. This all occurred after cleared to close and led to delays in the final underwriting process. It did not affect our final timeline, but definitely added more stress at the end.
Cole and his team were AMAZING! They helped my husband and I purchase our new beautiful home. He listened to what I needed and responded quickly! We are so grateful and would be happy to recommend him without reservation!!

Fantastic experience! What mattered most to my wife and I was having a team of professionals to help us through the homebuying process. We were impressed for the most part.
