Tory was an absolute ROCK STAR throughout this whole process. Nina was amazing too. You guys are super lucky to have them on your team. In my opinion Tory went above and beyond what a loan officer should do. Before I decided on you guys, I contacted several other refinance companies and NONE of them were as responsive as her. It should also be said that you guys had the most competitive rates, so it shouldn't have surprised me that the entire experience would be top-notch.
