But if you don’t notice the diamond, you’ll just walk right by it. So I hope that you’ll make sure to let her know how appreciated and valuable she is. It could’ve been easy for someone to look at my situation and just told me they couldn’t lend t
to me. But Tory, she worked with me for a couple years. When I first applied, I didn’t have everything I needed, but she put together a file for me. Had it sent to the side and when I got in touch with her later on, she still remembered me and still had my file. Then in the closing process, my ex-wife tried to sabotage my ability to buy a house by not providing the required legal forms on our old property, even though court ordered. Tory instead of saying we’re out of luck she found another way around it. We were able to use Equifax and the bank to verify the information we needed. I asked another loan officer if they had ever heard of that before and they had not. They told me if it would’ve been them. They would’ve told me I had to go back to court to get it fixed first. Now, instead of that, I have a house. I have a dream that I dream dreamed for 20 years. And it’s all because Tory Tuttle believed in me, waited for me and helped me in my hour of need.
