This is my second time working with Veterans United and it has been a 10/10 positive experience two times in a row. The first time my initial loan company fell through when it was time to make an offer and Jeanette came through to save the day after being recommended by my real estate agent for my first go around. My second go around I had Tory Tuttle who was extremely informative, professional, and always radiated positive energy. I already came in wanting to purchase a property and Tory was essential in ensuring I had done my due diligence when it came to rates, purchase price vs. income, and weighing my relevant financial factors before making the final decision.Tory worked all days of the week to ensure I had everything I needed and that all documents were received and sent in my convenience in time for closing with zero delays. She even caught minor clerical errors in the contract between the seller and myself.10/10 would want Tory again as a loan officer!
I would 100% recommend the experience smooth and easy to understand/ complete tasks throughout the process. Being able to buy a property at 20 years old is a great accomplishment but would not have happened without Veterans United! The only negative I have to say is about a delayed closing our date was pushed back because there was a misunderstanding about my husbands arrival date to Hawaii, misunderstanding happen all the time and it is totally okay but I am unpleased with how it was handled. After being told that our closing date was being pushed back due to the mistake that was made by the veterans united team there was no accountability or empathy for the situation it put myself and my husband in, we ended up having to cancel and re schedule all utilities that were set up for the original closing date, we had to cancel our delivery’s to our new home that we’re scheduled to be delivered on the original closing date and we had to pay for more days in the hotel ($280) per night luckily it was only for 4 days which is not bad however the situation could have been a lot worse and the least we could have gotten was an apology.
The entire process from initial contact to closing was nothing short of amazing and efficient. Brad supported us and kept us up to date every step. Now that we have closed on our new home, Brad stays as our partner and support! This is incredibly valuable and gives us an added sense of security and trust.Thank you! VU!
had a great experience with Veterans United Home Loans. As a veteran, it meant a lot to work with a team that truly understands our needs. The process was smooth, and the communication was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend Veterans United to any fellow service members looking to buy a home.
From my experience, I always knew Buying a House is not a easy Task but because of my Loan Officer Kennedy Kugle everything went fast and Smooth. He is always answer our question and Always availbe when we need Something like for example Power of Attorney when your Other half not present. This experience has made me realized that people talk smack about veterans united for no reason because Spencer was very helpful and made sure I was getting my monies worth. At no point did I feel like I was being ripped off or cheated out of a better deal. I had other loan officers I was working with to get better deals but no one could come close to veterans united. I even had one loan officer told me to definitely stick with veterans united.
