Great team, it went well! The only thing that I would mention is to get a list of "to do's" up front. Things like well inspection, pest inspection and a complete list up front. It seemed like a few things popped up at the end that held the whole process up.However he process was pretty harmless. Thank you very much!
Matt & his team Logan & Alex went above & beyond! They were able to close on my new home 7 days earlier, in time for movers to get me in before holiday weekend! They were in constant communication via text, email, & phone conversations! Answered all of my questions & were very knowledgeable in their work! This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. And their reps were easy to get in touch with and explained everything to us in an easy-to-understand way. We had a GREAT experience with Veterans United and their entire team, especially Maggie Schuh. The process was stemless and we felt like we were in good hands. We did have a family friend who is does home mortgages and she asked us to use her and that she could beat or match Veterans United rates, fees, etc. We did entertain the friend, but the process had some bumps in it. We decided to let the friend go and go all in with Veterans United. We did this because never once along the way did a red flag pop up. Everyone we dealt with came across very experienced.
