Phil Stroessner and his team were such an incredible help for us. We went from selling our house, right into buying, and with complications along the way, Phil was always there to answer any questions we had! He answered promptly and gave us transparency and honesty you don’t get with many lenders.
Throughout the process, even when we had to change direction on the type of loan we needed, we were still able to maintain the same closing date. Believe me, this wasn’t an easy task, but Phil and his team were absolutely amazing in getting things expedited. We maintained the same closing date, and bought our dream home!
