Veterans United Employee Christina Squires

Christina Squires

Originally from Santa Cruz, California, Christina moved to Hawaii in 2009 and has been here ever since. Though she has only been with Veterans United since March, she says that “helping Veterans purchase and own a piece of the country they love, serve and protect is the most amazing feeling.” With a background of 5+ years in sales, Christina works hard to give her homebuyers a positive experience.

When she’s not helping Veterans achieve the dream of homeownership, Christina and her family of boys are living their own American dream; they love to play outside, travel, and take their children to experience new places and cultures.

I would like to specifically recognize Christina Squires. She made the entire experience hassle free and I really enjoyed working with her. You should feel reassured that you have a very capable professional young lady employed at your organization. I would recommend your company specifically because of her. Thanks for your time. Same as above. There was what seemed to be a time crunch towards the end. I understand it may always seem that way, but the timing was more important because of the distance and time difference between Rhode Island, where I am located, and Hawaii.Another thing that frustrated me a little bit, was that Christina had been aware, ever since we locked the rate, that I wanted to adjust my rate so that I could cover a bit more of the closing costs with my lender credit. She had told me we had plenty of time. It until 2 weeks before closing that I remembered I wanted to adjust my rate, so I had to ask Christina when we should do that...and lucky I did, because she already beginning to process the paper work at the lower rate. So, my wife and I had to make a quick decision, with in 10minutes, to let her know because I was worried about the timeline of signing the closing documents being at risk. However, even though were a few hiccups along the way, we did get it all figured out, and Christina is ultimately why. She was always super polite, personable, professional, responsive, and great to work with! Thank you Christina.

Christina was wonderful, making the process easy and straightforward. Even when there were hold-ups, she continued to communicate very clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. I will utilize her services and expertise again if I ever end up refinancing.
